Our emotions affect our conscious and subconscious thoughts. Our thoughts and emotions can either put us into action or prevent us from acting. An affirmation is a positive statement of what you want to become.
Transcend Negativity With Persistence

At first when you begin using your positive statements you will experience a considerable amount of resistance from your old negative thoughts or feelings. However with continued use eventually the new positive thoughts from the affirmation will take effect.
