Our hope is to help each client to know know what
is necessary to support the health of their body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Our whole person approach is a solution process that incorporates over 25 years of study and practice of natural health and healing. Health goals are set by you. We address any of your special and chronic problems in many and creative ways.

- Our coaching support is done by office visits, e-mail discussions or telephone calls. We support you with references to current sources, books or other pertinent reading material. We can e-mail resource information to you.

The Program (all sessions are by appointment)
FIRST STEP - A free half hour introduction and consultation:
- You meet with us so that we can present to you a general outline of our what we can offer as a program.
- We assist you in identifying the area or areas you feel you want to focus on.
- You set a time for beginning your program we will set up a scheduled series of visits.
SECOND STEP - Beginning Your Health and Learning Program:
- We begin our work together by helping you to formulate a plan for progress by creating a program that is suitable and comfortable for the goals you wish to attain.
- The program will be set to what is easy for you to maintain and yet give you the changes you want.
