FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A few things are on the line for LSU football when it takes on rival Arkansas on Saturday inside Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
A win for No. 8 Tigers (5-1, 2-0 SEC) would not only secure the rivalry's Golden Boot Trophy but it would also clinch bowl eligibility for Brian Kelly's program.
LSU has won seven of its past eight games against the Razorbacks (4-2, 1-2), who come into Saturday's contest off an off week that followed Sam Pittman's first win with Arkansas over a top 10 team in its win against Tennessee two weeks ago.
The Tigers knocked off then-No. 8 Ole Miss 29-26 in overtime inside Tiger Stadium last week. Their defense was the bigger story, despite the comeback LSU made, as it held Lane Kiffin's high-flying offense to no touchdowns and just three field goals in the second half and overtime.

Ramos is 3-for-3 tonight on field goal, the latest a 33-yarder that caps a 10-play, 59-LSU drive for the Tigers.

LSU caps the opening drive of the game with a 22-yard touchdown run from freshman sensation Caden Durham. After back-to-back penalties on LSU, the tailback took the handoff on the read play and scampered his way into pay dirt.
Tigers lead the Razorbacks early, 7-0.
